I’ll pop down my filling ingredients here, but seriously let your imagination run wild.
2 slices of rye bread / any vegan bread you fancy
Vegenaise (I use this one)
Vegan cheese (I went for this one)
Handful of spinach
Salt, pepper and black sesame seeds to taste
On one side of rye bread spread your hummus and top with cucumber, sundried toms, and basil. On the other piece of rye spread your vegenaise and top with spinach, vegan cheese, coriander and salt & pepper. Smush together for an epic sandwich or keep separate and enjoy double. Dig in!
